Video hits has been playing On Call, it's another good song from the album

It was on Video Hits again this morning ... it's not a bad song I suppose.
I don't like the clip though ... some of the guys look like emo boys..

The screams come from those TIGHT black jeans.

Charmer is awesome... I love the Outro piece of music, bass driven, screeching guitar behind before the last verse, it's my ringtone for a Charmer of a person heh.

The whole album is great... except for The Runner... bit slow, no Dusty that's for sure :) oh and it's highly religious. That there is the only song that i don't like!

True Love Way is great also.

When On Call was released it so reminded me of being at Pearl Jam because it sounded live.

So Ziggy... I disagree with you on them being better live, they haven't put anything on this album that they can't and haven't done live.

They are equally as good live and in studio (unlike a certain band named RHCP) heh

I still cant believe how unfriendly they were to the audience......At least Flea was trying.....Like isnt the lead singer normally the spokes person for the band...Ive never been to a concert where the lead singer has gone off b4 the end of the encore and not return....its weird.....

Thanks!!! :):) He'll love it - he's got the grumpy-im-sick-of-school-hols-boredem-blues atm, so it should cheer him up.
A lovely nurse at work whose son has luekemia scored some free tix for sydney - i almost didnt have the heart to tell he that they suck a bit on stage, but he might be impressed anyway.

Grinspoon have anounced some dates - (wonder if i can drag someone up to sydney with me?) they usually play canberra, so i dont know why they missed us this time.

also - powderfinger - havent heard this, and wont bother trying to d/load on my connection. Do we have a date for the new cd?

And - not sure if i should be laughing about this one or not - the 'axl rose band' had their dates in the paper y/day. Rose tattoo & seb bach supporting. Think it will actually go ahead?

Radios are flogging the crap out of it as of today, so no matter what station you listen to(nova, triple M, Austereo) you should be able to hear it within half an hour of switching it on. you can hear it on their myspace page too.

you can buy the single from may 12th, and the album comes out June 2nd.

Eddie would never do that to us. I think it sucks that RHCP's new album was released the same time as Pearl Jam's and that it sold like hotcakes and Pearl Jam's didn't..

I read somewhere that Flea bought a house in the South Coast of NSW (Batemans Bay) and busked on the street one day. :)

Did you watch Anthony and Flea on Rove last night.. I forgot to.

Ed burn is hell funny too, and he obviously has good taste in music.

i remember seeing him years ago, and he made some reference to Eddie, something about looking similar to each other.
