Coming out in May. Don't like the title but still really excited for it, I think this will be one of the best albums of the year.

You cant compare BGWTB to their records with Layne because its totally different. Layne Staley brought a dark, sinister, haunting quality to their records that will never be replaced.
That doesnt mean its not a very good modern rock record though, I really enjoyed it. Will definitely be picking up the new one, really looking forward to it, in fact."...though my problems are meaningless....that don't make them go away...."0 -

Jerry is and was the heart and soul of the band. They're as good as they ever were and the last album proves it. No one will ever replace Layne (and they haven't tried to do so) who has an incredible voice but he wasn't AiC. Not everyone will be able to accept them without Layne but that's their loss. They put on a killer show last time around with DuVall. Looking forward to the new album and tour.
The name does kinda suck though.0 -
I'll have to give the last record another try. I listened once and wasn't really into it.www.cluthelee.com0

There is the preorder for the CD. Hopefully soon the LP preorder will be posted.
Also, "Stone" from that album is available for purchase through iTunes. It's a pretty good track. The guitars and vocal melodies are very Cantrell which I enjoy.Pittsburgh, PA September 28, 2005 || Washington, DC June 22, 2008 || Barstow, VA May 13, 2010 || Seattle, WA August 10, 2018 || Dana Point, CA September 29, 2018 (EV) || Dana Point, CA September 28, 2019 (EV) || Dana Point, CA September 25, 2021 (EV) || Dana Point, CA October 1, 2021 || Dana Point, CA October 2, 2021 || Chicago, IL August 29, 2024 || Pittsburgh, PA May 16, 2025 || Pittsburgh, PA May 18, 20250 -

They played "Hollow" on the XM station Lithium and I thought it was a lost old school AIC track. Solid!
Here's the weird video.

I heard a 90 second clip of the song " stone " yesterday...sounds great too. Can't wait for this album.
Who would have thought in 2012 and 2013 we would be buying new soundgarden and aic..... I love it.ctd0 -
I downloaded "Stone" on iTunes and I'll tell yah what, "Stone" is a great song; better than "Hollow". Love the bass intro and the guitar riff throughout. By the way, I am seeing AIC and Soundgarden in the same week
...May 8th and 12th in Pitt, PA. First time for both bands. I have a hard rock hard on!

Didn't sound too bad on Kimmel tonight."Then the Spirit of God hovered over the water, and God said, Let there be music, and there was Pearl Jam."
Whose idea was it for the word "Lisp" to have an "S" in it?0
