    Ok here's the deal
    I have a room for the Saturday and Sunday nights...BUT
    with this Vic show added...I now need a room for Thursday and Friday nights.

    Pretty much anything affordable is sold out. Anyone have extra room or a piece of floor...something??

    I can't believe no one else is staying at either Holiday Inn. We are at the downtown one Wednesday through Friday and the Harrison St. one Friday through Monday - only a few blocks from Grant Park.

    NWOntario and I now are staying at the Candlewood Suites out by O'Hare. We'll have our own kitchen, not that we'll use it. Only $60 per night through Priceline!

    Hilton Garden Inn Chicago / Midway on Cicero Ave, Bedford Park.
    I booked late and didn't want to spend $300/night to be closer.

    Just scored a room for Thur/Fri at the Holiday Inn River Mart for $175. It's an ATT rate if anyone has access. They seemed to have some cancellations overnight but asking price on Expedia, etc. was around $300.

    My wife and I are at the Fairmont on North Columbus. Don't ask the price, but they did offer a package that includes parking and late checkout. Haven't seen ANYONE else list the Fairmont.

    All Congress people, just wanted to let you know there is a strike there (been going on for a couple of years). Don't know if it will affect your room/stay, but just thought you would want to know.

    It is a great neighborhood, though. Lots of places to go..Buddy Guys late night after lolla...

    I have a small dilemma...I MAY have an extra Sunday ticket. My friend who was supposed to go may not be able to. We are coming from Detroit tomorrow night, staying @ the Sheraton-O' Hare in Rosemont. I may not have anyone else to take the ticket...if anyone out there needs it/wants it/can't live without it,or knows someone who might...e-mail me or PM me asap. If it gets too late, I might be willing to make a deal on the price of the ticket. I just don't want to see $80 go to waste.

    This is not a joke. I wouldn't be an asshole to a fellow fan. I still hope he can go, but it's fuckin' crunch time. I will know for sure by tomorrow afternoon if he is going or not. I am thinking not :(
