as evidence in an as yet filed case
This is kinda telling though, if true.
The search warrant also said Adams was investigated in Canada for keeping about 80 illegal guns in a storage unit. U.S. agents worked with Canadian police on that case.
it stands to reason if you break the law in one place, its possible you are breaking similar laws in another. As it clearly stated , its still an ongoing investigation, cataloged for return if deemed legal._____________________________________SIGNATURE________________________________________________

it states they have been watching him for years....I would think they would have a case by now“We the people are the rightful masters of both Congress and the courts, not to overthrow the Constitution but to overthrow the men who pervert the Constitution.” Abraham Lincoln0 -

Are they building a bunch of new prisons?0 -
Sounds like pretty good police work if you ask me. Proactive measures taken in light of what has been revealed to the media: there's likely much more.
The guns were also not properly marked possibly to make the guns more valuable and to avoid paying high import taxes, investigators alleged.
This tells us something doesn't it? I mean... who has 1500 guns? That's abusing the second ammendment just a little dontcha think? You should be ticked at this guy for damaging the image of the reputable mercenary outfitters... not defending him!"My brain's a good brain!"0 -

If "from my cold, dead hands" is actually the attitude of the free and the brave... then gun legislation is most definitely needed and it can't come soon enough."My brain's a good brain!"0 -
"Bob Adams is one of the most reputable firearms collectors in the Southwest. His knowledge and collection is varied and wide ranging. He has a Relics and Curios FFL which allows him to buy and sell ANTIQUE weapons. Something stinks here. I've known the man 20 years or more. Almost ALL of the weapons confiscated(stolen by the feds) were collectible pieces. It's all he dealt in, rare and unique collectibles. To me, this looks like the BATF going after one of the last "home businesses" they can find.."“We the people are the rightful masters of both Congress and the courts, not to overthrow the Constitution but to overthrow the men who pervert the Constitution.” Abraham Lincoln0

Um... were you this upset when they were going to start to arrest Latinos in Arizona for being visible in public while Latino?
And of COURSE they're going to build more prisons. Why do you think there are so many new laws springing up with absurdly-long prison sentences attached? Like "stealing wireless internet signal" and "smoking a joint in your house?"
It's because the for-profit prison businesses needs to show growth in Q4 next year or the stock-holders will be very upset.0 -

Build more prisons I guess?
Might be a new industry instead of war. The construction of such places needs workers. Guards need jobs. Catering services. Etc.
Come to think of it... it's not a bad idea. I mean, if you actually think that there are going to be armed zealots refusing to concede their weapons to participate in a law-abiding society... you should probably build some more prisons to house them until their attitude changes. You can't have fanatics dictating how the country should run... can you?
Of course, it goes without saying that upon release... as a felon... they would not be eligible to own any gun at all. So... those fanatics might have to do some good, hard, thinking on the subject before they get all huffy. That can sometimes be tough.

You mean like the Hispanic American citizens who are arrested for not carrying their passport while exercising their right to go out in public in Arizona?0 -

American CITIZENS going to jail?! That's wrong also......see we agree“We the people are the rightful masters of both Congress and the courts, not to overthrow the Constitution but to overthrow the men who pervert the Constitution.” Abraham Lincoln0 -

If they break the law? Of course.
And did you know there are different variations of there? Just for future... the there you used should have actually been their (the possessive form)!
And why did you capitalize scare and me?
One other thing... the accepted ellipsis to indicate pause is three evenly spaced dots (not four).
Just trying to help is all!"My brain's a good brain!"0 -

In Arizona, all that must happen is that a policeman can have suspicion you might not be a citizen or here legally and can demand proof there on the spot. If you don't have your papers there with you, you can be arrested and detained on suspicion of being an illegal immigrant until you can prove you are here legally.
That's all.
So yes... Citizens can be arrested if the policeman can say he suspects you aren't one.0 -

They are trying to enforce the law..............................but Obama has illegally made that impossible .....................
In 2005 in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina, the New Orleans Police, National Guard troops, and U.S. Marshals confiscated firearms.“We the people are the rightful masters of both Congress and the courts, not to overthrow the Constitution but to overthrow the men who pervert the Constitution.” Abraham Lincoln0 -
There is a big part of me that wants the government to take over. Wouldn't that be crazy!! It sure as hell would make life a lot more interesting.0
