    From what I saw, France doesn;t have drones. So I think Leon is referring to us using drones for them.

    But I could be wrong, I scanned it.

    My friends son was just sent to Africa......she does not keep up with what goes on in the World....she says he was sent to the west side where it is peaceful....maybe he told her that....I did would never tell her different.....her son operates the drones....so looks like you are right on!

    Maybe someone can explain to me why we arm al-qaeda in some places (Egypy, Syria, eyc.) but fight them in other places (Iraq, Afghanistan, etc.). Hmmmn?

    Here is a direct quote from the above referenced article....

    U.S. policy prohibits direct military aid to Mali because the fledgling government is the result of a coup. No support can go to the Malian military directly until leaders are chosen through an election.

    last I checked nothing about this is "unconstitutional"
