i was just underscoring your point. i have been seeing similar suggestions from the right wingers on facebook and it just does not make any sense.

perhaps if they had a better representative than wayne lapierre people would have a better perception of gun rights people. lapierre is not doing his side any favors imagewise.

car owners and those who hold a license are registered yet their names and addresses arent released to the public so why should gun registration be any different? the biggest problem i see is that there are people who cant see that the 2nd amendment is a right of its time and no longer reflective of todays society. they see only that it IS the 2nd amendment and therefore take it as an eternal given separate from the context in which it was penned. lets evolve people.

now that i think about it, every time i verify medical benefits for people on illinois medicaid, their names ARE online if they are in the database. if they are not in the database, then they do not have medicaid. but that is a secure site used by medical providers though...

I'm actually not a rude person, and don't feel an overwhelming need to fire off personal attacks with those that disagree, even though I'd rather beat my head off the wall.

I'll let the anti's all have their circle jerk and they can all sit and agree on everything without dissent. I'm up for a debate but after being called about everything in the book from multiple people I realize that I'm only wasting my own time. After all nothing in life is more boring than when everyone agrees with you.

This country would be in much better shape if they followed the Constitution.
