Here's something else that will shock you.

That "wheat" they have bio-engineered... It's not really the same thing as you'r body has been breaking down for thousands of centuries. So while it's considered "wheat" and "whole grains," it's most likely the main cause for that muffin top you had. While people are much more active than they were and they desperately try to work out more and eat more "whole grains," we're 20-35 pounds heavier than we would have been in the 60s.

Because the food we eat causes what's known as "wheat belly."

Are you like a lot of Americans who seem lean over most of their body? Arms, legs, upper back, neck... even their butt? But have a huge, swelling and uncontrolled flabby layer of lard around the middle? That's not caused by you being lazy or eating too much (if it was, you'd be fat all over your body, not just your middle). That's caused by your body's inability to handle the gluten in the wheat.

Go Gluten free for 2 months. Change nothing else.

See what happens. You'll know then just how evil the food industry is. Because they know... and yet they have managed to convince people they need to eat "whole grains" in every meal.

My girlfriends family pretty much all have issues with gluten, good point.

Monsanto creates bio-engineered crops that are not only inferior but that are used in virtually every food we eat (check out the list of foods http://www.purezing.com/living/toxins/living_toxins_foodcornproducts.htmlthat you eat that contain soy and corn - both of which are engineered by Monsanto). These foods are physically addictive which keeps you eating more and more and more. These foods cause a myriad of diseases from diabetes to auto-immune disorders that keeps you going to the doctors office. Doctors whom are bought and paid for by pharmaceutical companies all of which are backed and endorsed by the FDA and the USDA which are controlled by former executives that ran the very industries that are deliberately making us ill in order to make profits.
