• Sigh, ever since I filled out the pretend tour drawing, I can no longer log into the forums.
Any help?

I am having this problem as well. I went back to the tickets and logged out from there. Then came to the forum to log in. I was also having the same problem from my ipad though, so it may be a problem on the 10c end. It took me two tries to be able to post this. I was logged in and then a second later I wasn't.

A+ for everyone who was involved.

Only question I have is could you make the choice of only taking the 2nd show if you didn't get your 1st? i.e. I only want Montreal if I cannot get tix for Toronto?

Same here.

I had no problem connecting or during the process. I received email confirmations, so apparently, eveything's ok with the system. :)

I asked a question and provided feedback

Question: If you are in a city where there are 2 nights of shows and you put night 1 as priority #1 and night 2 as priority #2, are you more likely to get both nights?

Answer: For this senareo we were testing out a function where we limit fans to only being drawn for one of the two nights. That doesn't mean that all PJ shows that have 2 nights will be limited, but in certain cities (New York, Philly, Boston, etc) where we have far more fans than tickets, we will want to have the option to limit fans to only being picked for one of the two nights, but not both.

Buddy system will be in full effect

Cool, I assume that if they choose to do this they would indicate it during the ticketing process...Easier to set up show swaps beforehand

Ok, so I went to try the new ticket system but when I went to enter my credit card info my browser warned me that the page is insecure. That isn't the case with the Pearl Jam Goods checkout. So I am a little nervous about entering credit card info on a insecure page. In Firefox you can tell it is insecure because there is no padlock icon to the left of the URL.

The Admins need to make that page secure.
Same thing happend to me. I'm using google chrome. I emailed Ten Club.

I used Google Chrome, too. No problems!
Did it show a padlock?
When the page is secure , usually you got a padlock and the address bar begins with HTTPS.
So the page is insecure, i've emailed ten club too

Personally, I usually like to start at Twin Peaks, move on to Sin City, and, if I get the signal, wind up in Uranus.

We'll see how it works out this time.

 awesome

Personally, I've been waiting for Pearl Jam to play a scorcher of a show in Myanus for years now. Well maybe not mine, but Uranus.

Don't forget the Southwest. :)

The only issue I had was after picking all 4 shows for the PJ tour was when I went to submit for the 4 EV shows, it would not let me telling me it was a duplicate order.

same thing happened to me... i backed out a page , went back and placed the order again and it went through
For people who had this issue with the duplicate order, can you try what 10c suggested (see note below) and if it works for you, can you email 10c at tickets@pearljam.com letting them know that it worked? I had emailed them about this issue to let them know about it, but all I did was glare at the page for a minute and then I was able to resubmit so I'm not sure if that was helpful info for them to fix :lol:

Please try logging out and then logging back in and submitting for the second
tour. Then let us know if that works. We are trying to pin point the issue
with that one so your help is appreciated.

Does anyone else feel the least bit sketched out with entering your card information on a non-encrypted page?
