Defense is playing so good. If Hurts was doing 10% better they'd be walking away with this game.

Talk about a guy who's lost it.
Went from being possibly the best kicker in NFL history through last year to a complete schlub this year.

That was really fun. This defense is the real deal.

Apparently the Eagles have never had an NFL MVP. I thought Randall won some awards, but I guess not that one.

LET'S NOT GET TOO FAR AHEAD OF OURSELVES....

    HAVING SAID THAT...

Allow me to get too far ahead of ourselves. It's likely not going to happen but you can make an argument that this team has the:

    Offensive Player of The Year
    Defensive Player of The Year
Defensive Rookie of The Year (crazy that Coop and Mitch are top 5 favorites)
Coach of The Year (especially if they win out)
    MVP
    Executive of The Year

Quite possibly the most talented roster we've seen.

I LOVE how we took it to the Ravens. Oh really? You're great against the run? Fuck you. Our run game is better and we are going to run it down your throats.

I'm always trying to listen to these allphly podcasts - OMG they are so unlistenable. It sounds like they are back to it, but nope, another two minute ad read about some betting website. And WTF no ad-free for your $80 a year subscription?

Birds and Sixers are the only ones I listen to. Those are quality. Just fast forward through the ads.

They've hired a lot of garbage radio retreads. Not interested in anything those clowns have to say.

Even though I'm a Giants' fan, and I want to beat you more than any other team, I have a very small soft spot for your team. You can have Barkley, fine. I wish all the best for him.
But I've been to Bill Bergey's house, and always got along great with him- so that's my soft spot.

“iconic” is the Immaculate Reception…not some tackle early December.

this is like when mayday said some Josh Allen run we’ve already forgotten about was “iconic.”

I read a yelp review about Beiler's in Philadelphia that described their apple fritters as iconic and I've been rolling with it ever since.

It was a fucking awesome tackle though.

apple fritters as in a doughnut type thing? I love a good fritter. There’s a vietnamese owned doughnut shop (which I think is kind of common) here in SLC that has the most incredible doughnuts…from fritters … to bear claws…to buttermilk bars…to bismarks. You might say they’re “iconic.”

I would hope that they can actually score and take a lead in the 1st quarter. With so many dudes out I think they should be willfully trying different/new schemes & gameplans to see what else they can do than just shoving Saquon the whole time. Feels like a game Hurts needs to dominate with his arm.

I usually don't complain about refs too much because I think it evens out usually but this  year the Eagles are one of the fewest penalized teams in the league (5th after the Baltimore game) yet their penalty differential is -19.   Just don't get calls this year.  How may face masks have the refs missed on us this year?  how does the guy miss the face mask yesterday standing within 3 feet of the play right in front of him?  Seems like we've gotten some chincy interference calls as well. The one on Slay yesterday was questionable. And for a guy as dominate as Jalen Carter has been this year never seems to get a holding call on him.  The numbers really don't make any sense and it's starting to get annoying.  end of rant....
