    • He doesn't call plays.
    • He doesn't scheme defense.
    • He's supposed to keep the locker room happy, but our best player is supposed to get traded and was unhappy the past two seasons.
    • He's supposed to keep the coaches in sync, but his midseason adjustments in 2023 & 2025 were catastrophes.
