It is nothing against you or Giants fans...it is just....so Philly. They will get incredible mileage out of this and being upset about it will make it 10x better for them.

.....definitely hit 'em lowwwwww, hit 'em hiiiiigh.....
Please don't tell me you're actually upset the Eagles tanking one game cost your 6 win Giants team a division crown? Give me a break.
Weird how they went about doing it, but give me the 6th pick over the 9th pick in the draft all day.
In fact, you should actually be thankful to the Eagles. Wouldn't you rather have the 11th pick, as opposed to losing next weekend and getting the 19th? You won 6 games. You guys stink too! You're welcome. lol
You play to win, I really hope the NFL punishes the Eagles. What a pos move yesterday. And people wonder why fans hate Philly so much.
You're welcome!
Guy's upset that his team stinks and had to rely on another shitty team - within their own division no less - to bless them with a playoff spot. I'll blame covid for him.
You guys see nothing wrong with yesterday's Eagles game? You are proud that your team played like that? If my team did that I would be pissed.
The Eagles were wrong and I don't like what hey did.
But, with that being said, I have no sympathy for a Giants team that started the Season 1-7.
I always thought the NFL had the last Divisional games played at the same time? Especially when playoff implications are involved?

So it was ok to tank the game and give Washington a ticket to the playoffs?

I said the Eagles were wrong.^^^
Yes you did, my fault.
All good and I know you're upset your Giants missed the playoffs and I don't blame you.

See the synopsis I posted earlier today in this thread. NFL always moves a game with playoff implications to SNF in week 17 if possible, and tries to make it one where outcomes of another game aren't tied in. The artists formerly known as the Redskins were the only team that controlled their fate without any tie in to/from another game. the fate of the Dal/NYG winner was tied to Washington, but Washington's fate was not tied to their game. So there was no need for those 2 games to be played simultaneously, just couldn't have Washington play first. Cowboys/Giants had to play to win since WAS game was later.

FU Pederson: “To disrespect the effort that everyone put forth to make this season a success for the NFL, to disrespect the game by not going out there and competing for 60 minutes and giving everything you can to help those players win. We will never do that as long as I’m the head coach of the New York Giants.”
Ex-Eagles linebacker and NBC Sports Philadelphia analyst Seth Joyner also disagreed with Pederson. On Eagles Post Game Live, Joyner said he had never seen anything like what Pederson did in the 34 years he has been around the NFL.
“I’m blown away, and I feel bad for the players that went out and tried to win this football game, when it was evident to everybody that, for the first time, you see a legitimate attempt to tank and lose a game. I didn’t ever think I’d see that in my lifetime,” Joyner said.
Joyner added that the decision to sit Hurts and not try to win the game would impact how Pederson is viewed by the players who return next season.
“I just don’t understand how Doug Pederson can look those guys in the eye and think they can respect what he did, and the decisions he made tonight,” Joyner said. “With those guys laying their health, their well-being, their effort, their manhood, and their pride on the line for this organization. And he just went out and just threw this game away.”

I guess the rivalry is back on. Judge is from the Philly area too so he should know better than to rile up this fan base.

Yeah, it is sort of the whole package. Philly is awesome.

We saved you an embarrassing 30 point loss on national tv. You're welcome.
