average is nice to the NFC East outside of the Giants we all suck. And the GMen are 0-2.

I guess we should get used to these types of games this year. I didn't get to watch the second half. I followed along on twitter.

Seahawks looked nasty last night. I remember having a D like that.
    Alright, alright, alright!

Kerry Rhodes would look damn good in a Brids jersey right now, and would be light years ahead of anyone else that could play the safety position on this team. And all because he kissed a dude he can't get work. Unbelievable. Can't believe this isn't a bigger story.

He's working out for the Giants tomorrow. Hoping they sign him.

I can't give you a scouting report on him but I'd give him a bajillion dollars right now.

I would find it hilarious for this story to be addressed on sports talk in this city. People's heads would explode.

not that there's anything wrong with it. it is pretty crazy that this is the first week he's even gotten any interest from teams, however you gotta think that an nfl locker room is one of the last places in this country where a gay dude would be tolerated. but if he doesn't get signed and our safeties don't improve on thursday, i would definitely give him a look. they'd have the benefit of a few extra days off too. if not, i'm okay with benching allen letting wolf sink or swim back there. he got a lot more snaps on sunday than in the opener.

play calling and clock management in 4th quarter looked very reidish to me. gotta be able to slow it down in those situations. definitely a learning curve for the chippah this year....

thursday is going to be nuts. i can't wait to get down there.

heard someone say the birds have a 12-4 offense and a 4-12 defense. sounds about right.

can you imagine the squawks d to go along with this offense though? we need an '02-ish draft to build up the secondary this spring...

if this season has any chance to being at least semi-successful tonight is an absolute must win. with 3 road games in a row after tonight, including an unwinnable one next week in Denver, it's imperative to win tonight. that being said I don't see KC being a team to go 3-0 so I love the Birds tonight. and not a big fan of Thursday night games.

Go Birds. I'll clap for Andy before the game but once we start he's the enemy. God those years with 5 were great.

    Really? Nothin today? Wow.

Yeah, you're right. Don't feel good about this game either.

What's not to feel good about? We should be able to score. Maybe we won't make as many D mistakes this week. This was a 2-14 team last year. Nothing to be scared about with the Chiefs.

I think having Andy Reid in the building will cause the Eagles to fall back into their old ways, even worse than they did this past Sunday. Can't wait for the bad play calls, bad defense and poor clock management. Oh and Vick picking himself up of the floor over and over......

That makes zero sense considering the Andy was the root of those problems. The Chiefs better get used to looking at the back of Shady and DeSean's jerseys.

zero sense? makes just as much sense as anything. So far (granted its been only 2 games), they have only looked good for one half of a game and that was against a terrible team. After that it seems to me that they have been slipping back into their old bad habits.

the basic part of me says the Chiefs aren't good enough to be a 3-0 team. No need to over analyze it. Eagles 30-17

I guess if you take the O from the Chargers game and the D from last night, we could be an ok team.

The O and ST were dreadful last night. The game should've been 35-6 at the half. 5-0 on turnovers
