A perfect circles the shit. I've seen them atleast five times, great show. I also freaked out when i read in pj20 that josh freeze from apc tried out for pearl jam after they had gotten rid of dave. They would have to name the group a perfect jam. J/k...

I am pretty sure Josh Freese is in everything yet never gets credit=p

PJ may need to give Josh a call back if Soundgarden goes on tour fulltime and steals away matt. In all honesty, I'd be okay with that

APC rocks but I want new TOOL.. or even new APC..

I'd say you'll see new Tool before APC...

    Puscifer before it all...

Um, yeah... I'm 100% okay with Josh drumming for Pearl Jam. The guy is so sick

Yep. 13th step was an amazing album but I've come to appreciate eMOTIVE more. I've had the pleasure of seeing tool 4 times and APC once. All shows were A++++

A Perfect Circle kicks ass! I saw them in 99 in a tiny club, before their 1st album was even out, with about 80-100 people in there. They played for a little over an hour, and completely rocked the place. I never had the chance to see them since, but if they ever come my way again I'm there. Me and my buddy stuck around in the bar after the show and had a beer with Paz Lenchantin.

Got to see them a couple times years ago. They were by far my favorite band of the day at Lollapalooza in '03 (the last year that they brought it back as a touring festival). APC was on a bill with Jane's Addiction, Audioslave, and Incubus, among others, but they just crushed it. It was prior to Thirteenth Step being released but I distinctly remembered the new songs they played (ending up being "Pet" and "The Outsider") and was blown away. The only strange thing was seeing them play in the middle of the day in the blaring sun.

Mer de Noms and Thirteenth Step. They only have three albums (eMotive is the other which is all covers and a couple originals). Enjoy.

And of ourse there is aMOTION which is a bunch of remixes that I never listen to, personally.

I always thought Thirteenth was the better album. The flow is something that we didn't see in Mer De Noms.

Just got back from seeing APC in Vegas! I was unaware the eMOTIVe tour was still going on, but second row helped ease that anger a little bit. They redid a few of the covers that they had already created, and sounded VERY tight. Lots of extended outros and added solos from Billy.

    1. Annihilation
    (Crucifix cover)
    2. Imagine
    (John Lennon cover)
    3. Weak and Powerless
    4. The Hollow
    5. Rose
    6. Blue
    7. What's Going On
    (Marvin Gaye cover)
    8. People Are People
    (Depeche Mode cover)
    9. The Outsider
    10. (What's So Funny 'bout) Peace, Love and Understanding?
    (Brinsley Schwarz cover)
    11. When the Levee Breaks
(Memphis Minnie & Kansas Joe McCoy cover)
    12. The Noose
    13. 3 Libras (All Main Courses Mix)
    14. The Package
    15. Gimmie Gimmie Gimmie
    (Black Flag cover)
    16. Passive
    17. Counting Bodies Like Sheep to the Rhythm of the War Drums
    Encore:
    18. By and Down

I was at Lollapalooza '03 but APC skipped a few cities and we got QOTSA instead i think :) not a bad trade off

Love tool and apc! Huge Maynard fan. Seen tool over 20X's and apc over 13X's. anyone catch Maynard using a voice track? Could've sworn last tour he fucked up in Philly and I heard the voice over keep playing. Curious if anyone else caught it...still a fucken great band! First time I saw them in NYC they played just a little over an hour cuz they didn't have a lot of materiel. I believe they even covered a cure song that night.
