I ran into the "Chief" from Rescue Me and was near Ashley Olsen**. She was piss ass drunk.

    You know it gives me a weird feeling when you think that theres people like the Olsens that like PJ...
    I kind of feel like they arent good enough for Pearl Jam, you know? Is that weird??

    Yes and no. No because you're feeling protective of Pearl Jam and Yes because they're people too.

    You work at "whatever" and they work in "hollywood". The Olson girls relate more to PJ than we (the average joe) ever will. They have their own issues and such.

    I figured there had to be some asshat celebrities, when Ed went over towards Mike's side, basically right up to the 1st row of the wings, and the people there didn't even get up.

    i think the worst part of the celebrity culture is that you just gotta call up your agent 14 minutes before a show starts, and all of a sudden you're backstage. We don't have that opportunity to basically do whatever the hell we want. That Olsen girl got an escort at the end of Indifference backstage...stumbled a few times, but made it nonetheless.

    They may 'enjoy' the bands music, but don't know and won't ever know what it's like to start sweating as a server crashes when MSG tix go on sale.

    Oh, and there was this dude in the front row that i sear looked like the lead singer from System of a Down. Anyone know if that was actually him? I thought he looked a littlte too skinny to be him, but the beard he was sporting reminded me of him. I wouldn't think he'd get front row tix, no matter who he was. 10C respect!

    PJ ended just in enough time to let me catch the 11:42 train back to Jersey. So i just got in after driving from the station. I am beat though. And I get to do it all over again tomorrow. I should have taken Thursday off. I can stay up till whenever now, but this time Wed night, I'll have less than 4 hours till I gotta get up for work. FUCK!

    celebrities can be pearl jam fans just like you...i sat behind meg ryan at the 2003 santa barbara show. she was ROCKING OUT....knew EVERY word to all the songs. it was awesome.

    Ed's wife and daughter were in the first row right hand side, One of the olsen tiwn were right behind her and 2 more rows behind was tim robbins and susan surandon....she was sitting for most of the show.

    The only celebrities I saw were all the PJ fans that just rocked the garden. It was an awesome display by some seriously FAITHFUL fans! I have been to a shit load of PJ shows and I can tell you that the energy in that building tonight was beyond anything I have seen before.

    Great Job, now rest up for tomorrow night!
