    Whoooaaaa. Today was a fucking special day. I treated my fat ass today boys, I are 2 pounds of bacon and 8 pieces of French toast. 4 sausages and 4 raw eggs in a glass, fucking Rocky style. Oh boy was it ever good grits.

    Chocolate coconut water has replaced my chocolate milk in the mornings. Not bad.
    Made some sauteed spinach and wrangled it up in a messy old omelette with vegetarian soysage. I sat in my back yard eating and watched a spider work diligently on its web. somewhere, someplace, some people eat spiders for breakfast maybe.
