2 eggs sunny side up, 2 pieces of white toast, 3 pieces of turkey bacon, glass of orange juice, and a glass of skim milk.

    At some point this morning, as I drive to Detroit, I will be stopping at the Cracker Barrel..
    Where I will have eggs, toast, bacon, sausage, biscuits, gravy, french toast, pancakes, and waffles.

    Omelet with cheese and goetta. Goetta is a local German inspired dish. It's the type of local food people from small midwestern cities are much too proud of, but regardless; delicious.
