It was a good show. Front row easily... Bought a nice t-shirt with the cover of Phantom Radio on the front... Band played around 1.5 hours... Some nice renditions of "Resurrection Song", " Quiver Syndrome", "Hit The City", "Riot In My House", "Revival" and "I Am The Wolf". I didn't like the way they ended the show, though. Mark did some signing shortly after but I didn't stay, because his fucking retarded technician didn't give me any of the setlists though I asked him before everyone else did. I was thinking about going there with my setlist requesting him "Don't Forget Me" for the Thessaloniki show. >:P Overall, the setlist was decent. He played a lot of his new stuff which I didn't like, except from "Harvest Home" and "I Am The Wolf".

P.S: The opening act (Sean Wheeler & Zander Schloss) was really good! Zander made the Greek bouzouki sound like a banjo! ;)

Extensive Euro tour announced for this spring.

Going to see him at Sage in Gateshead. It's in one of the smaller rooms at the venue so it's going to be a special night!

I've heard Mark stays around afterwards to sign autographs. Does he do this at every show? Where does he tend to do this?

Likely at the merch booth, from the few pics I've seen.

I would go bonkers if I heard him play Revival.

Went to the Gateshead gig and it was amazing. Great setlist including; one way street, creeping coastline of lights, wild flowers and I am the wolf. Halo of Ashes at the end was probably my highlight. So if you get chance to see him don't pass it off.

Spoke to Mark after the gig and he was a very nice bloke.

Only downside was that the live vinyl he was selling was really expensive. I was considering the Reykjavik vinyl but it was £35 so I passed in the end.

Thank you for this review. He'll be in Croatia this summer, and I don't wanna miss that concert!

yes, definitely go. And he'll probably do a signing session afterwards so take some things for him to sign (if you like to collect autographs).

I'm actually going to Croatia for the first time on Sunday. I look forward to my first exploration of your beautiful country!

Thanks for pointing the thread out to me ;) Yes, I saw him yesterday in Ferndale in Michigan, and it was an amazing show. It was a tiny club, very intimate. We had front row too, but it wasn't really hard to get there, which was awesome. The opener was a guy named Sam Wheeler. He was there just with a guitarist, and played awesome, bluesy music. I loved his stuff. Mark came on stage after him, also only accompanied by a guitar player. The stage was only lit in a dim red, it felt super cosy. The set was ppretty straightforward, not many words other than thank you were lost in between. I loved that he played I'll Take Care of You and Bombed, since these two were the ones i wanted to see the most. Afterwards, he also signed stuff. I brought the jacket of my Bubblegum album and a silver sharpie and was first in line to get it signed. I thanked him for the show and also asked for a photograph, which I was granted. Then I shook his hand and we left. I loved the whole evening. I would recommend everyone to go and see him.
    Setlist:
    One Way Street
    Creeping Coastline of Lights
    Mirrored
    The Gravedigger's Song
    Holy Ground
    I'll Take Care of You
    Where the Twain Shall Meet
    Torn Red Heart
    Judgement Time
    Mack the Knife
    One Hundred Days
    Deepest Shade
    You Only Live Twice
    On Jesus' Program
    I Am the Wolf
    Pretty Colors
    Bombed
    Halo of Ashes

    Thanks for posting Leezestarr,

My buddy & I are thinking of grabbing some last minute tickets for Monday's show.

Do you know what time he took the stage?

Zander Schloss was not there at our show, it was a different guitaris, and I still am trying to find out who he was.

It was kind of late, around 8.30, I would say. But not going up until midnight. I recommend you to go. It would do it all over again tonight even if I saw it just now :)

No, the opener started at around 8 or 8.30. And it was all over before midnight. Sorry, I am not a native speaker.
