I really disagree with the stipulation that one cannot grow pot and smoke it on their won property.
not that i'm defending it. tho i'm pretty sure the reasoning for having no 'grow your own' is because it would give better access to minors. also much like having a moonshine still...there's no way to assure quality control or tax revenues...consider % of alcohol = % of thc content in the same regard
You're right. That is what I assumed is the rationale. It's amazing how the small percentage of people who would abuse this right ruin it for the rest of us.
Unfortunately, that's why we have laws: to protect the 90% from the 10%0 -

So we're going to have a busy year.
But Seattle in the Spring. Then Maryland in the summer.
Then I guess Maine... later that summer?
sounds very cool. just keep in mind that during spring you most likely get rain in seattle. and maryland is hot as hell in the summer....you may wanna consider switching seasons around?
my bro got married in maryland in early june...it was 99 degrees with matching % of humidityWith all its sham, drudgery, and broken dreams, it is still a beautiful world. Be careful. Strive to be happy. ~ Desiderata0 -
