    Uneven at times but I love the evolution and when it nails the mark, it does so well. I love the album.

    Is it easy listening like Morning Phase by Beck?  Or does it have some good pop hooks and such.  I've heard This Life and that was pretty poppy.  I'm tempted to get this record.

    all the songs have great hooks, those 4 are standouts. this record is one of my favorites from the year.

    Watched the new podcast series yesterday, was a good insight on the band. Got Pit tickets for Chicago. Can’t wait, love the two new songs and have high expectations for the album.

    I really enjoyed that podcast!  These guys always seemed genuine to me.  Saw their MSG show in 2019 and thought it was a blast so I'm not surprised they consider it a top 3 show of theirs.  Headed to the night/matinee no repeat double header at MSG in October!!!

    New album is all🔥 & the reviews are fantastic... seeing them 8/1 at BMO Pavillion on Lake Michigan in Milwaukee...saw them there last tour and it was brilliant, had 8th row dead center.

    This is an incredible.  Honestly I've been listening to the vinyl rip for a week already.  I'm seeing the two MSG shows in October.  The 2019 MSG show was even better than I expected, and I expected a lot.

    I wasn't feeling the songs when they dropped one by one, but now love the album.

    Not sure if it was intentional, but I like how Ice Cream Piano takes you from the Father of the Bride sound to the band's old/new sound.

    No filler 10 songs and Ezra has just written some great songs lyrically Capricorn, Prep-School Gangsters and Hope are 3 masterpieces. There's some great shit out front and lurking in the shadows musically on this album. Kinda like the theme of the album, the underbelly of NY.
