    anyways....cheese curds are suppose to be special bits of cheese that form during the cheese making process and should be eaten pretty damn quick for max flavor. but at the end of the day.....it's just cheese.

    It is just cheese. Fresh, unaged cheese, which is what makes them squeaky.
