got space for two in that car of yours? my friend and i are staying in amsterdam in a hostel and would need a ride to the show and back. we'd chip in our share!drifting around, figuring it out as i go along...0 -
hey yieldjames, I wish I could help you, but my friends and I are a total of 5 persons... which means no extra space at all (maybe in the trunk :P)
but I have a couple more friends who are driving to the show, so I'll ask them....I'm pretty sure they'll be more than happy to help you and your friend.Watch me make up my mind instead of my face0 -
so have you people heard? there's not gonna be any bootlegs for this tour. None! What's up with that?
It's starting to seem like they're doing a quickie with this tour, to round up some money....I'll ride the wave where it takes me...0 -

I have no clue, I heard some rumours of people who'd like to have a pre-party of after-party...Butterfly_Thoughts wrote:so have you people heard? there's not gonna be any bootlegs for this tour. None! What's up with that?

Well, who wants to tape the show?0 -
Obi Once wrote:It is doable, I'd say it's about a 2 hour drive.
Key is after the concert drive in any direction but the one everybody is going to, it's better to make a small detour than to get stuck in traffic for 2 hours.
And pearljamboy a acoustic set would be awesome, but a guest appearance here n there would be more likely, but I hope you are right
It's only a 75-80 minutes drive.0 -

you´re right. but still better than no bootleg at all!
btw, i was kidding when i wrote about the pogo-pee-pee stuff. luckily, i´m not too old to jump around in the crowd. it just depends on the music ..
to everyone with a small bladder - i´m with you. i love beer and i´m already wondering how it is going to work out - me, the crowd and the toilets0 -
8 hours of standing without toilet  .......I am so gonna sue them for torturing!
Hee, but is there a pre-party going on? I havent been on here for a while as I am busy graduating, and am too lazy to scroll 100 pages back and forth..haha.

Yesterday the Rolling Stones played in the Goffert Park in Nijmegen. I wasn't there, but what've heard was that there were lots of heavy rains with lots of thunder. Van Morrison was the support act and had to cancel his show half-way...
Well, let's hope for better weather during PJ0 -

Just watched some weather predictions from software of my former work.
Looks like the weather will be warmer than last week (so, above 20-24 degrees Celcius) with less/no rain. Again, these are just forecasts, so we'll never know exactly, but it's proven not to be wrong often.
