Thanks so much for making me aware and I would like your expert opinion again as the guy is offering me a replacement drumhead, it doesn't look much different only for Mike's signature.

If you are able to get a full refund I would strongly urge you to get the cash and not look back.

It's fake because two guys you've never met, on a message board say so? I'd look a little more into it.....Look at your signature from the past, I'll bet it's changed over time. No reason these guys sigs couldn't change.

I haven't just been going with the board, I've actually found this website:
FREE AUTHENTICATION OF YOUR MEMORABILIA: http://www.authenticatemyautographs.info

They told me same thing as 100 Pacer and Arq already did.

Here's hoping your refund goes smoothly.

Just thought I would let you know know that the signatures are no good. If you can get your money back I would highly recommend it. Sorry, a lot of people are trying to fake pearl jam stuff as it is a big seller as far as autographs go. Good luck.

    Hi guys,

Like to request your help, as I've been unsuccesfull in getting my refund or even trying to have it authenticated on my own expense if I was proven to be wrong. Let's at least try and stop this guy for selling more crap. If you have an ebay account and think the autographes are not genuine please help in reporting this guy.

Is the seller outright refusing to refund you back the original purchase price?

    These are 100% fake.

Sadly the scam artists will never give you your money back. That fake COA is just part of the scam.

At this point I don't think there are any avenues to get your refund, and taking to the internet to expose these thieves is your best bet at some satisfaction.

100Pacer is one of the most qualified members of this club. He knows his stuff.

Check my posts and you can see my history weighing in on fakes.

Tommy, a few things that may help:

-Did you pay by credit card? If so, when? Most credit cards will stand behind the buyer if something like this happens, but usually only for about 2 months if I recall, sometimes longer.

-You may want to send a PM to Santos L Halper or Rubysdad and let them know about this, and to issue you an official note from them that it is not legitimate, and that would give you all the ammo you need to say that it is no longer "opinion" that it is a fake, but fact as the band is saying its a fake.

-Armed with the above info from TC, you can approach Ebay and let them know that he is selling many, many, many fraudulent items, and request they suspend his account.

    Hope this helps! :)
ADD 5,200 to the post count you see, thank you. :)

Sorry about your fakes. I remember about 7 years ago a buddy's mom bought him a supposedly signed drumhead off ebay for his birthday. She didn't know any better but my friend knew it was fake. I've also seen a few of these floating around the bay over the years. It's too bad, but people will do anything to make money :x :(

Thanks! Great advice I've sent a PM to Rubysdad.

    thats a great idea

I have been watching this thread from afar and was so pissed to see you were screwed.

The guy mentionewd here in the Uk has been knocking out fake crap for years - some of it is so bad I have no idea how he gets away with it and actually finds buyers. I suspect its probably family members of fans who surprise their loved ones for xmas thinking they are getting them something really cool - and never even thinking people would stoop to this level.

hope you get the result on this, i knew the guy would back out of his 'guarantee', if was that confident about it - he'd have no quarms about taking the item back and reselling it - probably for more .....

    good luck
