    pre-milk? :o

I'm drowned out, and I'm a cereal addict.
    cerealy.
Haven't been watching my diet too closely lately, but was doing awesome over the summer....cereal was the one vice I could not break....couldn't go cold turkey. had switched to soy milk and kashi Go Lean (thanks for the tip suzi :P)....now I'm back on mini-wheats, just right, fruit loops, alpha-bits, shreddies, cheerios, special k (and as my kids call the new fancy ones - special special k)....gonna kick tomorrow.

Haha, you're welcome ;) I moved on though, and instead of Kashi Go Lean I'm eating Total. I had to increase my calcium intake and these cereal have like 100% of everything and only 5g of sugar per serving. Total cardboard :P
Can't believe you're back to eating that crap again...F'n fruit loops?! Cerealy? :nono: You need to start mailing me your food log again so I can review it.

Yeah...guess I'm an addict too, although I hate to admit it. Eat it for breakfast and after my workout. I always eat it with kefir, flax seeds, chia and seven almonds. Sooo goood....

    like mine without milk

Wow!... That's a rich (full of calories) but not so healthy breakfast. I had the honour to taste it many times in London. I was feeling full all day long. Not to mention that I never felt cold despite this friggin' cool English weather. I loved the beans. So sweet.

This AM I went "Straight Up Crunchy."
Kashi Strawberry Fields / Honey Nut Cheerios / Cascade Farm Cinnamon Crunch.
Ate it from one of the large durex bowls so it was essentially 2 big bowls of cereal. Feeling ready to start the day!

    SEVEN almonds? ocd much?
Yes, the cereals are a problem for me.

A month or so ago I hit rock bottom...found myself in my underwear in front of the pantry, eating dry fruit loops with my hands, straight from the fucking box
Now I'm sitting here crushing quaker harvest crunch with a credit card....this has to stop
