The young boy was immediately in front of me.. hehe, lol he is lucky.

I came from Brazil just to see this show. That show was amazing.. i can't believe that i heard crazy mary. I was so happy. Mike pointed to me, just like in Rio's show, last year.
That day was one the best days of my life, but after the show my parents told me that my grandma just died, and i could believe how i could be in the heaven and then fall in abism in the same day..

But I spent a great week in Atlanta, i loved it, and I'm glad to have seen my favorite band for the second time.. just came to see that show.

    This is nuts.
I'm glad you got to go and have a good time, and I'm sorry about your grandma.

Awesome pics. I know exactly who e guy that messed your photo up was. He kept shoving me all show wanting to get up front. He was so rude and didn't understand the concept of personal space.

My buddy and I were the first ones at 7 am to line up at Piedmont. Met some really nice folks. I think they were Eli and Kristen. Lost them on the mad dash to the stage but they were really nice people.

This was my 15th show and never have been this close. Was on the rail on Mike's side. Pure heaven. It felt like I was in a Blu Ray or movie. You couldn't get the smile off my face. Great energy from the band, and I'm at a point in my life where the set list doesn't matter, just enjoy the show. Mike is amazing to watch and even more up close. Nothing beats great Pearl Jam fans, met a few that this was there first show. The band was on fire and just really loose and having fun. If anyone remembers me I was wearing a Mets all-star game shirt from New York. Unforgettable show.

We got a few videos of our experience up front:

Girl next to me getting Eddie's tambourine.

Hope the folks who weathered the sun with us get to see them! We were faithfull!

Hey, I had the Seattle 21 PJ shirt on and my friend had the Philly 09 shirt. Great times, it was great to meet you! Thanks for the energy shots! ha!

We walked out with the girl Ashlynn who got the tambourine. She was beyond excited! What a great first show for her!

LOL I was directly behind you guys, thought I had a legit shot at that tambourine when Ed saw my arm in my plastic sleeve but alas at least the girl that got it enjoyed it. I met someone from the forum on Friday as I was buying my first beer just after 4pm, can't recall who it was. Some pics from the festival:

And did anyone else catch the shake weight "lady" on the way out?

Awesome - thanks for posting these. I finally now have a little bit of time to sit down and nerd out on some youtube vids from the weekend. Looks like you and I were very close - I was to your right on the rail in front of Mike.

I wasn't expecting a whole lot from Garbage, but man, they fuckin rocked it! I was impressed.....

The boot sounds really great from the show. Great energy and great crowd - reminded me how great of a time I had at the show.

My boot finally arrived yesterday... Sadly they switched Disc 2 and I got the second half of the Montana show instead. :( (Don't get me wrong... Love hearing Fortunate Son... Just wanted to hear Crazy Mary from my OWN show more.....)

While I wait for the problem to get rectified, here's a pic my friend took. This is during Crazy Mary when Ed came over to our side during the epic jam at the end. Doesn't it look like a pro shot??
