That its okay for a boss to abuse his power and prey on interns. If that happened at my work, someone would be out of a job, and it wouldn't be the intern!!!
its pretty shitty that that is what people remember most about clinton.
It's his fault that he fucked his intern at work and then lied about it to a grand jury....that's pretty memorable. That dude was bulletproof though...I still can't believe how you remain president after that and have 50%+ of the people in the country not care!
What amazes me is that his legacy has made him the left's Reagan. Dems are always bringing up the great economy he left Bush, and how great things were under him....Rep's are always bringing up his cigars....
But not many people talk about the Dixie Mafia deaths in his days as Governor (some people tie 150+ murders, suicides, accidental or medical deaths to people under his sphere of influence), Whitewater, Waco, Yugoslavia....The guy was as much a criminal/cog in the machine as any other president. Well maybe not ANY...but he's no angel.
edit: oh! just saw the slick willie thread....maybe some people do talk about some of this stuff...gotta read thru that thread.0 -

If the Republicans saw any daylight in what Obama was trying to accomplish or any "give and take" they may have played along. There was zilch. Obama failed. Bottom line. At least he loves his Jay Z and will try and ride Bill Clinton's nutsack into re-election.

Filibusters are a great tactic when what is being presented is ridiculous.0 -

Talking points. Spoken like a true Dem. Avoid the big picture. Distarct the public. Flash your picture at a Jay Z concert.Ride Bill CLinton's nutsack.

I've put forth my discussion. Obama failed. And when you fail why be rewarded with a re-election? Not anything that Obama promised in 08 has come true. Nothing. It's actually gotten worse. Perhaps Big Bill can save him though.0
