can someone PLEASE give some more details as to how it sounded other than "tight" or "Awesome." like, how was ed's screaming for the "get out of my fuckin faaaace" part? i didn't think he'd be able to do that nowadays. was there much gain on the guitars, or was it kinda clean like satan's bed in albany? was matt's drumming on it as good as Dave A's?

    I WANT DETAILS PEOPLE, haha

haha I think you may have to wait for the boot to get the details. I don't think anyone was in a state of mind to absorb it. it sounded fine to me but the crowd was going so bizerk they could have been doing anything up there and no one would have noticed.

haha, yeah i can understand that.
  • There is a video clip somewhere that is very good. (Not the clip with the drunk people singing. This one is much better and right in front of the stage). It is very clear and the sound is good. It captures the emotion of the moment. I don't know where I saw it but there was a clip on the board somewhere. It was good to re-live the moment because it was too crazy to really analyze anything.

Yeah, sounds awesome!!! I don't see any reason at all why this song shouldn't be played semi-regularly. it's an awesome rocker, and it's pretty catchy and stuff, everyone would enjoy it, the die-hards and the casual fans.

fuck the setlist ... the nerd herd really has to relax on "ordinary setlists"

the last 2 nights were amazing... obviously you weren't there

it's the crowd AND the band AND the setlist ... with the first 2 being most important

i'll be in camden sunday night and i'll be shocked if it's anywhere near as good as boston
Yeah, if you get tired of hearing the same songs, don't go to so many fucking shows.

  • I wonder how often they will play it now. If it will join the regular rotation or if it will be a song like Crown of Thorns that they only bring out for special shows.

I hear that I mean I've only seen three shows becasue of my local and obscene lack of cash, and I mean I knew that I'm going to hear corduroy and while I would rather they bust out Undone or something but I mean for fuck's sake I'm at a pearl jam show watching them bust out one of the songs I grew up on.

The two guys in Cleveland in front of me on the floor nearly impregnated each other. Never in my life have I ever seen two 20 something males enjoying an entire concert with arms around each other. I felt like Finn in the Sopranos last season when he showed up to work early.

I can't believe you got to hear Leash played live. Gayest thing that ever happened to me, my drunken friend stuck her tongue in my mouth in the front row of RFK stadium during a PJ Harvey set. That's a gayer concert moment.

That may heave been a gayer moment, but one that every guy on this board probably would love to have seen.
