    I'm guessing this guy's job had been on the line for a while and this was the final straw. You don't fire valuable employees for dumb stunts like this. And valuable employees usually know better then to do something dumb like this. This is something a college kid would do.

    Now future employers know who he is. Good luck finding a job.

    I believe everyone is on the same page on this one... the guy is a fucking asshole.
    It has nothing to do with Free Speech or Gay Marriage or corporate influence... and EVERYTHING to do about being a shitty human being. I mean, come on... picking on a person in a starting minimum waged skilled job and acting like it is some sort of 'activism'? She's just a worker at one of the franchises, she doesn't control the company, it's action or decisions. Grow up you fucking spineless dick.
    Add: Both times I went to the Chik-a-fil, the people were very nice. I only regret that their sandwiches were kinda crappy. But, I'm not going to be a dick and tell them so... I just lied and told them everything was just fine... and go to the 'In And Out', instead.
