I second that (above). 10c always comes through but with it almost being 2018 and a ton of other products being pushed out--a simple update would be nice and put most of the questions to bed. PJ!

Is there any reason why you can't have a European distributor for Ten club members.. I'd love to buy more stuff but the custom fees are stupid... I can't see why the best band in the world can't sort this little problem out.. Cheers I hope you hear this. G

Totally agree with that. Those custom charges are more and more keeping me from ordering any more stuff from the pj.com shop.
I ordered the Halloween 2017 shirt and it arrived last week: custom fees were almost € 19,-, for a $29,99 shirt!! that`s insane so in the future I`ll think twice before ordering anything from the shop again.

Get this fixed, take a look at Amazon.com. You can pay a deposit when ordering, if you don`t get hit by customs you`ll get a refund. If not, you at least already paid the fee so you`ll know upfront how much something is going to be.

Glad i checked this thread out, as i was about to post this.

I agree: it is a bit too pricey. Unless, they can't stream any cheaper. But still, i'd buy a lot of shows.

If all the 10C parcels were sent by Santos (individual) instead of Ten Club LLC (company), we would have avoided all the unwanted customs fees?..

This may have been asked already, but what are the chances of reissuing the Ten, Vs, and Vitalogy singles on 7" vinyl to go with all of the other 7" reissues?

I know a lot of us already have the originals, but a complete set of 7" reissues would be nice!

im not sure waht happen with that shirt..i paid 31 euros,around 35$ dollar customs.for that shirt..which doesnt make sence cos worth a way less
problem is packages isnt arrive lately..still waititng 80 days now for lets play 2 vinul and more than a month for avocado-binaural-riot act vinyl,while the cd of lets play two arrived 2 months ago and ten vinyl was order same date as the opthers and shipped same day arrived 2 weeks ago

there must be a way to solve the problem with UPS in greece
we are talking sbout thieves..
i order the 3 vinyl,avocado-riot -act-..the cost is 75.$
today i paid 50 euros to get them..and as i understand the fact that i have to pay taxes..which was.20.5 euros..i had to pyu an extra 30 euros for the employe of UPS and paperwork of ups..UPS again charge me for that..30 euros exctra for their employ take the pacjage and giive it to custom?why i have to pay this work of ups?
i paid  49.99$ for shipping...why i have to pay ups again?
they take the package from their storage in the airport,give it to the next door where is customs in airport and then greek post office gets it and deliver at adresses in greece..so for that walk of 1 minute...thye charge 30 euros. 
so,in other words,,the 3 records cost me 200$

Do any of these issues above ever get looked at or helped?? In this day and age so many of us long term members from outside u.s(where the band tour and make a fortune. Regardless of new material) are forced to miss out on merch or 10c only items because of postage. Many issues here can be solved but are not

my lets play two dvd notice paper came home today.so i can pick it tomorrow from post office.for the 19 dollars dvd i have to pay 35 euros,which is 42 dollars for taxes and ups employe paperwork...ill not pick it up,,ill leave it there

They have us over a barrel with the exclusive items. I've only bought the vault vinyl I think this year. Shame as I'd like to support 10c more.
