16 shows and I've never heard it live. 2nd on my list of "must hear" right behind In Hiding.

great song, was played as opener for my first show in 1998 in Indiana. fun show, the day Clinton
admitted is infidelity with Monica Lewinsky. They played some of clips and Ed also read some of
what Clinton said. Really like the live version Ed, Mike and Neil Young played during 9/11 tribute.
Watched it on youtube many times over.

15 PJ shows and no Long Road yet... but I was lucky enough to see Ed open his second Sydney show with it. As soon as he played that first chord you knew what was coming and it was beautiful. There is something so perfect about this song.
    “Do not postpone happiness”
    (Jeff Tweedy, Sydney 2007)

“Put yer good money on the sunrise”
    (Tim Rogers)

Long Road is one of my favourite PJ songs, definitely in top 5 and one of my fav songs ever.

Lost a very, very close friend in a car accident two weeks before I flew out for Euro tour. Most difficult time for me.

I did 2x Manchester, 2x Ams and Prague and was hoping for Long Road opener. They opened in Berlin 1 with Long Road!

Not complaining as I did get Crown of Thorns (brilliant version) in Ams 2.

Went to the river where my friend's ashes were disbursed last Sat, took along my guitar and sang Long Road for him.

    Brilliant song.... :|
