Sounds like a really fun trip Glad you're making it to the Olympic penninsula - so many don't make it out there. If you're able to get to the Hoh rainforest, do!
Ten club warehouse - nothing to see, no reason to even drive by unless you have a thing for plain, brick buildings. Many other fun things to do!
I don't know about a Layne Staley memorial, but I work in the building that he lived in, just a block off the main interstate in Seattle. Again - not much to look at.
