2012 Olympic WTF????

I noticed a couple of things the last 2 days that make absolutely no sense to me, but maybe you can explain it to me.

First, the USA Olympic uniforms are made in China??

Second, Heineken is the official beer of the London Olympics?? Not Newcastle. Not Bass. Not Boddingtons. Not Fullers.

Can someone please explain how these things make sense??

Cheers and thanks,
Barger

most US flags (Old Glory) are made in China.

Me too. Very pumped for the Olympics. Basketball, track & field, swimming are the best. It's also fun to watch obscure sports like table tennis, horse jumping, etc...

horse jumping? the only good thing about that is the woman's outfit....

they should add bull riding and barrel racing.

If it's any sort of international sporting competition where you are representing your country, chances are that I will watch.

Bull riding and barrel racing are great ideas! I think they do have skateboarding and BMX riding..

i used to get into them when i was younger, but now it's Bob Costas sitting around trying to over dramatize everything.

i'll watch a little, but very little....olympics hold littel intrigue for me.

It does become a little overdramatic. But, it is pretty crazy that these people train for 3-4 years and it all leads up to one moment.

It's all about the £££££££'s actually add a few extra ££££'s to that too,

I mean, Mcdonalds is a main sponsor of the Olympics ... freaking Mcdonalds.
Hope the rain stops in time. Although it has rained here solidly for about 3 months so....
