    anyone on this thread into shopping center construction? I'm wondering how much per square foot it cost to build a shopping center. I've heard $150 for a raw shell - no hvac, no drywall... wondering what it is complete, sans the cost of the land.

    (I know what you're thinking - but on the Irving Plaza thread, people were talking about baseball and stuff. :) )
