My dad just started to do this. He has gotten pretty good at it. Makes the entire house smell absolutely horrible though! (well he thinks it smells good.... )
I'm planning to do my fermenting in an upstairs, guest bathroom that rarely gets used... I'm hoping with the door closed and the fan on I can avoid this problem with my significant other... only time will tell though.... :corn:
The fermenting part doesn't smell that bad, it's the cooking/boiling part (or whatever you need to do..) that creates the smell. So unless you have a stove in the bathroom :?

I'm just thinking of it as better to be in the office when my boss is out, so that I can be out at a later date when he is in.

Great theory. I took today and tomorrow off to go along with Wednesday for a nice 5 day weekend. Boss is off Thursday-Friday when I am back in the office so this whole week is pretty much a wash..
after being sick and working from home, I finally made it in today, and no-one is here. Everyone is either out on vacation or on storm restoration duty.

Right here! Usually would pull a long weekend (3 or 4 days) depending on when the 4th fell. But since I don't get paid for days off, seems smart to just have Wednesday off and still get a 4 day check.
I haven't even been here an hour and I'm already bored out of my mind. Only 3 out of the 9 people on my team are in the office today. No manager or director in the office today or tomorrow. I don't envision a lot of work getting done the next 2 days.

I'm off for a week after this 12 hour shift, and might be riding my new motorcycle!!!!
