anybody else working all week?

besides wednesday..

usually you can count on my long weekend threads,but this year i bit the bullet and took one for the team

i must say this sucks...its so dead here and the weather is so nice :fp:


fear not... i have multiple 4-5 day weekends coming ups soon and often ,starting next week ..i will be sure to post about them :mrgreen:


have fun at work all...and to those that are off........KCUF YOU :)

    I have half a day Tues and off Wed. My "half days" usually end up being three quarter days though :lol:.

    I"m working all week as well. It's total bullshit but oh well.

    I'm thinking a hooky day is in order this week. More than likely though, I'll be cutting out early every day. :lol: Way to nice out to stay cooped up in an office. The beach is calling my name :mrgreen:

    I am. The books close this week, so plenty of stuff to get done. Plus I am also doing all of a co-worker's work as she has been out for surgery for the past month.

    To top it off, I have been sick since Thursday, working from home, and had to do a lot over the weekend to try to get caught up.

    And now my company is in storm restoration mode.

    I'm just thinking of it as better to be in the office when my boss is out, so that I can be out at a later date when he is in. :lol:

    I'll be here all week. Grant year ended June 30 and lots of reporting to get done.

    VERY VERY GOOD POINT..

    the boss is out so i will get my fair share of sleep in here at work....but its a boring as hell week

    to be quite honest..a very good friend passed away 13 years ago today,so i really don't celebrate the 4th anymore

    No problem...
    Im not going anywhere Wednesday...Other than to walk about 200 yards down the street and watch the fireworks show.
    Ill stay home in the air conditioning all day, MAYBE grill a couple of steaks, walk down the street for the show, call it a day.
    Take me piece by piece.....

    My office is completely dead...

    Glad I'm having a 5 day weekend though... well 5 and 1/2 days, tuesday is usually a 1/2 day here at the office...

    lots of work getting done on the long weekend though... Thursday having someone come in and install a new sound system in the house, so pumped that I finally get to do it...

    I also have exterior lighting to put up, a new mailbox install, a bathroom to paint, and going to brew my first batch of homebrew... going to be a busy 5-day weekend!
    Houston, Texas... Believe it or not, there are 7 million people here... must be a couple of fans who'd love to see you play.

    My dad just started to do this. He has gotten pretty good at it. Makes the entire house smell absolutely horrible though! (well he thinks it smells good.... )

    I'm planning to do my fermenting in an upstairs, guest bathroom that rarely gets used... I'm hoping with the door closed and the fan on I can avoid this problem with my significant other... only time will tell though.... :corn:

    Not this time. I usually do work on and around holidays, but this week I'm off Wed through Friday. Have to teach on Saturday though, but 3 days off is pretty awesome. July 4th is one of the 2 holidays (the other being Thanksgiving) that I refuse to work on. Any other one I'll do.
