    Blunderbuss for me

Be the Void and surprisingly Oceania are also pretty high up on the list. The Wall with the different arrangements is pretty cool too.

Blues Funeral is my favourite of the year. I keep going back to listening to that album. After that, probably Neil Young's Americana and Japandroids' Celebration Rock.

Sound lists. Have yet to dig my teeth into the new Japandroids but I hear plenty good things about it. My favorites thus far...

    1. Royal Headache - s/t (I think this may have technically been released in 2011 but not until 2012 stateside)
    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jOHOnb8T ... re=related

    2. Grimes - Visions
    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OmrmRiebSRk

    3. The Men - Open Your Heart (One of the best live shows I've seen in recent times)
    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8NEjJJYp ... re=related

    4. DIIV - Oshin
    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hUjftQdGgJc

    5. On Beta - You've Got Blood In Your Heart (unbelievably good record from unknown Buffalo, NY band)
    http://harvestsum.com/hs-022-on-beta-th ... heart.html

Loads of great albums from hardcore, punk, indie, rock, whatever-the-fuck kinda bands from here in Buffalo, NY. I haven't been this proud of the homegrown music here in a long, long time.

I bought the King Tuff record but haven't given a listen yet.

Looking forward to the new Oh Sees record that's coming out in a bit. Anyone else?
I suspect that will be on my top of 2012 list.

Yeah its not out yet but i know its gonna kill everything :)

Just kidding i've saddly been withdrawn from music this year. I usually devour music but i've just not been doing it. Some of your list are great as it gives em a starting point at some stuff i may have missed.
