So I thought it would be a good idea to have all these shows, venues, whetever in one thread.
Ive managed to find some links to certain stadiums, festivals and other venues.
Feel free to add anything you might know that would come useful and I will be editing the first post as we go along. :)

The festival is in a town in the south called Leganes (near Madrid). It's a small football stadium called Butarque:

    as for lisbon, here is the promoter website:

    they say it will be the biggest event of 2007. the strokes and ratm are also rumoured to play this festival.

    this is great thanks. do you know which ones are festivals though? im an idiot and cant seem to figure it out. specifically lisbon, madrid and munich? thanks again.

    edit: just saw parasols post thanks. and figured out madrid is a festival as well.

    i can't believe...wembley stadium holds 90,000 people?! WOW.


    snipes any of the shows, aside from italy anyway...that have "N/A" under '10c sale' are all festivals.

    According to that link June 29th is sold out for the Werchter Festival.

    Isn’t that the Pearl Jam date?

    Is that correct?

    Tickets haven't gone on sale yet. You might be looking at last year, I don't know. No worries for this year.

    They aren't playing Wembley Stadium, they are playing Wembley Arena, which holds about 15.000 people. Little difference. ;)

    i dunno what tix, beyond london, to go for? :o i wish we knew where in italy....and all these festivals in the mix...plus germany - i cannot go to germany w/o my husband as it is a place he dreams of going, and thus it would kill him if i made it there w/o him, i think - so such decisions! i wish the london and NL dates were closer..or more UK dates...yikes! tix on sale monday! :eek:

    QUICk help from my Euro friends...

    I am flying to London and I arrive early morning Sat, was wondering if there is a chance to catch a flight from London to Vienna in time to catch the gig in Vienna, and wondering where I could check those flights.....the airline, or a link would be greatly appreciated.....far fetched I know.....but if I make it from Kentucky to England, and I can go to Austria , it would be great....thanks in advance...

    you betcha. we meet back in boston for the 2004 shows....did a bunch of 2005 shows together...and the full italian leg last year. :)

    and yes, it's just stressful b/c so many decisions...by monday...dunno. i may end up just leaving it with london...hope for more UK dates....and/or take my chances for possible other shows that other 10clubbers will sell me their spare.

    I think you can, from any country actually. I once met Americans at Werchter who were there to see Metallica. Metallica seems to always close their tours at Werchter. They love our festival so much. Hope Pearl Jam starts doing the same. :)

    i met a bunch of american board buddies for the first time in italy..a long with a ton of euro fans obviously....so go figure. :p it'll be a GREAT time!

    London - Dusseldorf is a better option IMO, for me at least.
    Not a festival, flights are cheap and Vienna is too expensive.
    but im still thinking about it :D

    ya know, i was just looking at bostonlou's map and thinking the same thing. hmmmmmmmm. since it's not berlin or munich, perhsaps i can get away with it with hubby? ;) hahaha. dunno. man, i wish i could just call barbaras and figure it all out, too pricey....got to wait for her to e-mail back her plans. knowing her, she'll be doing the whole tour.....so won't be much help to me. :p


    btw - what is 'cheap?' i hear that word thrown around a lot....but i'd like to know what one considers cheap. b/c cheap is good. :)
