In true Idaho fashion you were supposed to get all hostile and defensive and threaten to kiss my ass or shoot me if ever we met. At which point, I was going to tell you that you are too hot-headed and that you should float the river this weekend (opening Thursday I think), or, if it was that important to you, maybe meet me at Bittercreek during lunch today where we could settle our differences.

I haven't quite acclimated yet. Give me time. Everything I know about Idaho, I learned from watching "Napoleon Dynamite." But I have found Bittercreek already, and I know the lure of which you speak. But I digress, this is a Missoula thread, not a Boise thread.

As for steak eaters who like their meat well-done... there is a Denny's in Missoula, and they are open late.

    set shit on fire
plant & pick flowers for one's favorite lady or three
    smoke a lot of reefer
    kick & swing
get some nice sage @ the indian shop on the hill
    fireworks
dodge wild horses on the highway
complain about the unreal fucking heat
complain about the unreal fucking cold
drive & drive & keep on fucking driving because montana never actually stops
check out the sky; they say it's bigsky country
and finally...go visit jeff ament's childhood home as i am sure nobody gives a hoot about trespassing in montana. then go visit jeff ament's current residence in seattle as no one cares about intruders in seattle either. jeff likes the company of stalkers and freaky folks smelling his shoes on his front porch

  • Thanks for all the good tips, but I can't use the ones outside Missoula :fp: There's a new arena in Brooklyn that will house the Nets, and Jay-Z is part owner of at least the team, if not the arena, too. He's doing the inaugural event evah at the place on the 28th, and I was able to score a ticket 8-) Gotta believe that people like Beyonce, Eminem, etc. might pop in for that show (as opposed to the other 7 or 8 he's doing there), so I couldn't resist. As such, not showing up in Missoula 'til Saturday late afternoon. See y'all soon
