THANK YOU 10c!!
I just wanted to express my thanks to the 10c staff on site and the local security for the great organisation in Manchester for the early entry.
The first night was well organised.
The second night worked perfectly. One queue, one door and staggered entry as well as walking us all calmly into the venue and down the stairs worked extremely well. It felt so much safer than last time and kept emotions and frustrations completely in check.
I'm hoping the rest of the tour goes as smoothly as the last couple of days. Thanks again for the work that's obviously gone into this aspect of the Euro tour!!!

Hi, that is so cool to hear...
looking forward to finding out in person...10/31/09, 05/21/10, Peru, Los Angeles0 -
I'd also like to throw in a thank you for the awesome seats I got through 10c for night 1, probably the best view I've had at an arena show.0
-
Loved the staggered entry as well, defeated the purpose in people trying to jump over you to get a better spot. Very well done, also really liked that someone came out to talk us through how everything would go. And still being able to use the bathroom or buy a drink before the other GA crowd comes in was awesome as well. I love being a priviledged fanclub person.
Hope the rest of the tour works that well too! 0 -
Huge thank you to 10c and all the folks involved in putting on a fantastic show in Manchester! We traveled from Vancouver, unsure what to expect with lineups/wristbands etc and found the whole experience to be so positive. Clear instructions and no shoving/pushing or running made for easy entry. Staggered/early entry was awesome (we were front row right), met some great people and had the best time!!!!Vancouver, GM Place 2005

Exactly - it was so well done this tour. Can't thank those involved enough!
I know they have got a lot of negative comments in the past, but they really nailed it this time. It's always good to remember to thank people for the good stuff and not just give feedback when things don't go as well.

Wholly agree here
And yes the local security were absolutely first class0 -
Wholeheartedly agree --- it was really well organised and I appreciated that someone came out to talk to us all. Being my first show I had no idea what I was doing but I never felt panicked or lost - someone was there the whole time. Thanks

Another great positive was having the merchandise for sale outside the main doors of the venue, and during the afternoon leading up to the shows.
I'm not sure if that was down to 10C or the venue, or both.... but it was great being able to casually get my purchases done during the afternoon, then take it back to the hotel, so I was not lumbered with it during the show. It also meant that there was no mad scramble inside the venue after the doors opened, allowing people to concentrate on finding a decent spot!
They also did this at the O2 in 2009, but at some other shows in the past it has been a nightmare!London #1 2000, Reading 2006, London 2007, London 2009, London 2010, Manchester #1 2012, Manchester #2 2012, Manchester 2012 (EV), Milton Keynes 2014, London #2 2017 (EV), London #1 2018, London #2 2018, London #1 2022, London #2 2022, Manchester 2024.0 -

when i pick up my tickets at Copenhagen,i heard one of the two in charge of the 10c security(not the bald, the other guy ,the one was with Eddie at youtube video from Grant hotel at Stockholm, and the one pass all the time picks to the rail..)
talks to the venue in charge security, and tells him, that all the stuff of the security need to be friendly, calm, help fans, give water all the time and be carefull if someone needs their help.
btw,the reason they didnt allow flags, hoodies bags at the rail, was that they want to have a better view via barriers if anyone need some help..
great job,,well done!!
