    i take my dogs out 4 or 5 times a day. the neighbors are never out --- except that one time a day when i take the dogs out right after i smoke. then the neighbors are always out. Not just the neighbors either - people walking dogs - the guy who owns the house next door - my parents - a cop - a fireman - just everyone seems to pop up out of nowhere every time i smoke and then take the dogs out. :crazy: :wave: :wave: :wave:
