we can roll up to 5 days. i rolled 1.5 this year. my pto rate basically 5 days per qtr. so unless i roll, i can't take a vacation until april. :fp:
if you are going to make this change, you really should annoucent that it is effective next year so you can plan. :fp:

you need to make sure you plan ahead and roll over vacation time from teh prior year :fp: :fp: :fp:
i see alot of ghosting happening. take a vacation in january....earn pto....put vacation into system in april
