Pearl Jam Manager, Kelly Curtis, will participate in a one-hour live chat with Ten Club members at 1pm PT, Tuesday, June 19 here.
The focus of the chat will be on the new website and store. The new site is still in its beta test phase.
Your feedback over the past couple of weeks has been HUGE in helping us work through the bugs.
Keep it coming here. We're trying to make this site great for you.

It's really important that these "chats" take place... :thumbup:
I am volunteering for something at this time so I will miss it but thank you for your time and keeping the communication gateways open to us fans.
Please do provide updates on where things are, what you know is not working, and estimated time to resolve.

I hope everyone will be respectful with their feedback. It's a really positive thing feedback is being so openly solicited and welcomed. It's clear 10C and PJ are trying to make the site the best they can for all of us fans. Myself, I really like the auto renewal feature for memberships.
I'm sure there are a bunch of questions we can all expect like:
Will the PJ20 3 disc DVD/blu ray be restocked and when?
When will the PJ20 (alpine valley) audio and hopefully video be sold?
Will video from past shows that were recorded like the Spectrum and MSG 2010 be sold /when?
When will Vault # 3 and so on be released? Will Randall's Island 2 1996 be part of the Vault series (please)?
Will PJ tour in _____ next year?
I hope info about a second Missoula show is mentioned. Whether or not there will be 10C tickets, and when will the public sale occur if the second show is announced...
I also hope the list of poster artists for the Euro tour is announced too. It's fun to not just follow the setlists, but also follow which artists have posters remaining as the tour progresses.
