I just finished reading a few comments on the Langerado facebook page and some dude that knows someone that has an in on Langerado is saying that they are all in a big meeting right now discussing if they should cancel Langerado 2009. He says that we won't hear anything today or tomorrow, but a cancellation announcement on Wednesday

Well, today is indeed December 8th and if you’re like us, you’ve probably refreshed Langerado.com over 500 times by now. After all, today is the day the Miami based music festival is supposedly unveiling its 2009 lineup. Or at least we thought.
It’s now 7:00 pm on the east coast and the folks behind Langerado ‘09 have yet to drop the said lineup. While we still have a good five hours left in the day (eight if you cant to go by west coast time), considering the “work day” is all but over, more than a few of us are a bit confused as to why the lineup has yet to be released.
So what’s the deal? Well, we’ve made a few phones calls and while we did get some answer machines, one person did share a few answers. According to Megan McFann of Madison House Publicity, the firm that represents Langerado, the 2009 lineup “should be released in a few hours or at least, definitely by tomorrow.”
Take it for whats it’s worth. We’ll continue starring blankly at our computer screens until the lineup drops or we fall asleep, whatever comes first. Until then, be sure to check our Langerado Outlook page for any confirmations or rumors that fall through the cracks.

it doesn't look good for Langerado :(

I like how they clarified with "initial artist line up" as well.
yeah, I was wondering why they chose that to use that particular word
Well, I'm excited to see who's on the list- 1 hour and 20 minutes to go!!!!!
I really hope that Rage and Tool are two of the headliners. I'm think that Tool will not be on the list though because of the recent announcement on pollstar about Maynard James Keenan’s most recent side-project may be touring around that same time.

It was a long shot. That's all right I can save some cash for Coachella, Bonnaroo, and a tour if it happens. I am kind of glad it sucks. If it were still good even without PJ, it would have been expensive.
It would have been expensive, but it would have worked out perfect. I'm on vacation that week, my girlfriend's friend lives in Miami so we'd have a place to stay... oh well, I guess the money for the plane tickets can go towards another couple concert tix when the tour starts.
