Rotations aren't usually planned out further than five to seven days. Kind of like PJ shows recently.

and the all star break is in there.

had tix to last the philly game last year at wrigley post all star. i figured halladay would get the first philly start post all star, resulting in my getting a crappy pitcher. but they flipped the rotation around a bit and halladay got the start....and then got yanked in the 4th. what a miserable night for baseball that was. 100 degrees and humid. there was a haze over the field that night.

Were you aware that upon meeting 81, unlost immediately offered our room for him to crash in?

of course MY bed was the one next to the hide-a-bed...she was safely on the other side of the room. :x

    Oh really?

I always thought you'd try to keep the rotation going.

Seems goofy if you keep rotating the rotation

Unless injury, poor play, or fatigue came into play

it's basically set, except for the items you listed. the ohter thing that comes into play is team off days. teams might skip the 5th guy to get their ace back on the mound for a regular 4 day off start.

late season you might skip a guy to get your ace on the mound on short rest.

me too. I may just come along for all the shenanigans without going to the actual show. tickets seem to be hard to come by

the best thing about Alpine was the pre-party and the tailgating and the Piggly-Wiggly and the roadtrip with a stop in Cleveland to see the Rock and Roll hall of fame (and maybe the reggae band by the pool at the hotel)

no piggly wiggly in MT....just albertsons....although i hear steak night is gonna be killer

i break down the trip like this

    60% party
    35% adventure on the road
    5% show

It's too dry this year. They aren't allowing any open flame for grilling until we get more rain!

Wait wait wait ... there's gonna be a steak night? Like, a night where all we do is eat steaks? :o

Road trippin', tent campin', star gazin', beer drinkin', Pearl Jammin', and now steak eatin'?!

Trip is now officially exceeding known levels of potential awesomeness.
