Although I'd prefer having the tickets mailed out ahead of time, I can understand why the Tester staff are leaning towards a will call pick-up - still, it would be nice to at least have an option of one or the other.

Meet and greet starts @ 4:30 in an auxiliary gym @ Adams Center. Tickets must be picked up in person.

No info on who will be there, how long it will last, etc. So to a certain extent the real mysteries are still there!

Thanks for purchasing 1 VIP Package ticket for the Pearl Jam show in Missoula on Sept. 30. We appreciate your contribution of $250.

You may pick up your tickets at the campaign office at 311 North Higgins, Missoula, between 9:00am – 11am Sept. 24 – 28 or 1:00pm - 4pm Sept. 29 or 10am – 2pm Sept. 30. You must have a photo ID to claim your tickets.

The pre-concert reception will be located in the West Auxiliary Gym in the Adams Center at the University of Montana. The concert will take place in the main arena in the Adams Center. Doors to the pre-concert reception will open at 4:30pm. Bring your photo ID as those wishing to drink alcohol will be carded.

For security purposes, you will need to provide us with the name, street address and phone number of the specific individuals who will be using your tickets by Sept. 1, 2012. Please email that information to me on or before Sept. 1.

Thanks again for your support! We look forward to seeing you Sept. 30 for an amazing evening with Pearl Jam!

    Not really :(

If you can just email the info in, you could sell the VIP tickets and then get their info... forward it over and I think then they could even pick it up?

I hope I'm wrong, but it seems like it would still be somewhat easy to do.

I'm just nervous about getting there before 2PM to pick up the ticket. I'm getting there that day unfortunately.

Haven't gotten this email yet or gotten a response to the last couple of emails I sent to the concert@jontester.com email either asking for confirmation so it seems like they are not super responsive. However I have gotten quite a few emails from Jon Tester with status on his campaign goals so they at least know my email.

But they did charge my card and I got the confirmation web page so not too worried yet.

I would imagine some of the rules are there because of security as you are going to be in the same room as a US senator. So don't be surprised if background checks are in order for those attending.

Just got the email confirmation minutes, after I originally posted... so all is good.

If I'm reading the details posted correctly the tickets have to be picked up by the individual that purchased them. At least in this case you won't have a scenario where someone who purchased the tickets with no intention of showing up in order to flip will have a problem on his/her hands.

Confirmation email just received. While I wasn't sure about the decision earlier, now I'm glad to be arriving in Missoula early enough on the 29th for a chance to pick up the tickets a day earlier.

HOPEFULLY they still make you use yourself for one of them and that just means they are needing the info to clear the others for security reasons. I dont know if that will end up being the case, but they can still make it tougher for scalpers to do it who won't even be in Montana!

At least with the remote location of Missoula and the in person pick up requirements I would have to say someone "should" have a hard time scalping these tickets, without at least a round trip to Missoula to show for it.

Are we able to bring an item to the meet and greet to be signed by the band? Are photos allowed? Anyone know how long the meet & greet lasts for? So many questions and so little information from Tester's office.

    You guys are so funny.

You want details NOW, but paid $250 easily without many details? Chill. Tester will send you a billion spam emails, but I'm sure there will be an email with all the juicy details, before the meet & greet happens.
