i never sleep good after a show. i try to...but i lay down, and then it begins...the show starts to replay itself and no matter how hard i try, it won't go away.....it also seems no matter how long between the end of the show and when i go to bed...lay down and the replay begins....

I also agree that it's more about which parts of the show are memorable the night after, the day after, the year after, etc. Which is why the boots are awesome for reliving the show and makin you remember it as if you are experiencing the show for a second time.
