    What was your fave DBT moment from the big to do/Go go boots records? For me it was a tie between "Santa fe" and "the wig he made her wear"

    I'm not a fan of any of their entire records outside of Southern Rock Opera. Always dig a few tunes from every album, though. I really like Flying Wallendas. There's something about how they put history lessons in songs that they do so well. The Three Great Alabama Icons is another favorite.

    Really digging a lot of the new album. Might pull the trigger on seeing them live

    I love it. Cooley's songs are especially great and I'm happy to see that it's pretty much an even mix of songs from him & Patterson. Can't wait to see these songs live.

    Not sure if anybody else listens to Marc Maron's podcast but last week there were two amazing interviews (one with Patterson Hood and another with Jason Isbell). I highly recommend going to iTunes and getting these. They are free and well worth the combined 3 hours.
