    the coastal & high-end areas are going to get hit very very hard! like the stock market in the 1990's you cannot substantiate that kind of growth with any real numbers. It's a perception that is running out. Luckily for me, the Cincy area has had a health 5%-10% annual growth that is only coming in for a gentle landing.

    When someone buys a house with a $900k mortgage and then rates go up and the bust hits, and the house is now worth $400k, its' going to be ugly for some people.

    edit: it's not possible, it's already beginning to happen......

    Hey Mike, does that SUV have a DVD/Entertainment system in it? That way when BA and TG are in the back, we could put Anchorman on the TV for them. :)

    The Delaware crew is coming to Philly this weekend... Brandy, Stacey and Meggan (I think you guys have met them before) are all buying lawn tix today for the Camden show. :) I bet Joe is happy... haha.

    Prolly would be a good thing, but it all goes back to a conversation Mike, Sean and I had in Hartford. LOL....I believe Mike even referenced this in a signature a week or so ago.....
