    Just talked to the Director of Operations- he said that permission for any fund raiser has to come through the band as far as anyone "tabling". That being said, since Mike is CCFA affiliated, it's a green light. He is going to check with code enforcement for me to see about any permits, etc. to see what, if anything is needed. He said he does not think any are needed. If the CCFA is ok with the parking lot, then we are a go there.

    HandsBound- don't want to step on your feet here. You posted the fund raiser idea before I did. I simply was waiting to hear back from the CCFA first to see if I got the nod so to speak first before I/we did anything. I am not worried about taking credit, etc. on this. I just wanted to get some wheels in motion since we have enough lead time being as the dates were just announced yesterday. I don't know who you had talked to, but I didn't want to end up having too many people making the same calls and talking to the same people (the hand not knowing what the foot is doing syndrome). Anyway, at this point, the Tweeter has been contacted, CCFA is contacting Mike, and both will be calling me back ASAP. Anyway, just wanted to get that out there.

    Excellent, gotta have the captain! I can get one of those keg fridge things that keeps the beer cold and makes it come out like draft beer. That was a really lame description of what I am trying to say. I am hungover and the brain is barely functioning.
