FS framed Donkey Kong (SOLD)

I have a show edition Donkey Kong poster that was framed by me, using supplies mailed to me by The Hoff through his "do it yourself" framing options. Poster is not dry mounted, I used four corner pockets to secure the print to the acid free backing. I am looking for $250 plus shipping in the US. I will ship through UPS so that their professionals can package this up. My estimate from them based on weight was between 60-75 dollars. If shipping is less I will reimburse you the difference. For now, PM Me if interested and want pics, I hope to post pics here soon, with the help of another member (thank in advance Dave)

Thanks for looking :D:D:D:D

    Oh, I am. I'm just waiting for the divorce lawyer to call me back.

    If I hadn't dropped 100s of dollars on the Donkey Kong arcade 30 years ago, I'd have this.

    Good Luck!

    Oh goodie :D

    Can someone explain the appeal of the poster to me? It's not my favourite purely from its design, but it was my first ever poster so obviously I'll be hanging on to mine for dear life! When I got one, I had no idea how coveted posters could end up being!

    I know. Blasphemy! :lol::lol:

    You are not alone. I don't get it either. I passed on this at $30 and would pass on that price again because I just don't like it. However, it is a VERY nice frame job! :)

    Hmm... still don't get it. But I'm sure glad I have one otherwise I'd be deeply conflicted in paying loads for a poster I need to have (need, not want :lol::lol: ). Been trying to get posters to all the shows I was at and I'm almost done!

    Nice frame job btw, Adam and Hoff :D

    There used to be arcades waaaay back in the 80's in your local mall. Mom would shop and you'd hit her up for quarters to stay in the arcade. Donkey Kong was one of my favorite games and I dropped a ton of silver into it.

    The appeal? Childhood memories + Pearl Jam = gold

    I still kick myself for missing this sale.

    exactly. Not too far from us here in South Jersey is a retro arcade that is open on fridays and saturdays. I took my kids there a few weeks ago and they couldn't believe it. My little one actually made it to level 2 on galaga. I then had to take over and show him how its done. Never it made it passed the 5th level on Donkey Kong though that day with them but it was fun.
