    I think you're right. I love Nirvana too, but imo (scandalously) think Hole is a better band, and Kurt loved Hole. What makes me angry is this: I can understand if some people don't like Courtney, even though I like her for a lot of the reasons people dislike her, however even when she does something excellent like Hole's first 4 albums, especially Live Through This, people think Kurt wrote it and was responsible for everything that is amazing and unique about it. If anyone had actually took the time to listen to Hole, pay attention to the lyrics, etc. it is completely obvious she wrote everything; it is SO Courtney. I'm not defending everything she's done or said, she was born into a rough life and has been doubted every step of the way. Imagine going through life like that..And bands like The Distillers/Spinerette who people love and think are so unique, when Brody has ripped off everything Courtney has ever done, especially vocally. Makes me mad. Even Patti Smith and Joni Mitchell are fans of Courtney. I won't rant anymore about it. :x :)
